1)Write up an e mail: Write a cover note to the HR manger etailing your intention(seeking a job). I have provided you with a format below:

I will like to use this means to submit my Resume to you in case a position i can suitably fit in comes up.While working toward my master’s degree, I am employed as a Accountant with a Burean De Change( Quick Funds Ltd, located at 4, Campbel street ,Lagos Island, Lagos State).This was after i had worked as an Internal Auditor with a Stock Broking Firm (Omas Investment and Trust Co. Ltd located at 3rd Floor, 107, Bamgbose Str. Lagos Island, Lagos State . I will complete my master's degree in Management in mid-June, 2009.(if you are running a Masters program).Enclosed is a copy of my resume, which more fully details my qualifications.I will contact you in two weeks to learn more about upcoming employment opportunities with your organization.Thank you for your consideration.Animashaun Abiodun Joseph .

Above is a cover letter sample all you need to do is edit it to your name and qualifications and copy it into your mail space. Remember to attach your Resume(microsoft word format) and make the subject field "JOB VACANCY ENQUIRY" AND SEND TO ALL THE EMAIL ADDRESSES BELOW . Do not forget to follow up in two weeks time.
